• Installation and repair of propane heating systems
• Appliance conversion
• Gather and analyze information to diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot systems
• Be able to read electrical and mechanical blueprints, manuals, specifications, and diagrams
• Provide customers with usage instructions for all equipment and appliances serviced
• Review account details with customers and collect payments or provide invoices
• Confirm future service with customers
• Represent FAE in a professional manner with customers and business partners
• Promote FAE market share through excellent service and customer referrals. Requirements
• Education: Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience: Prefer 2(2) or more years of experience with installation and repair of propane heating systems, equipment and appliances. Previous Freedom Ag Energy work experience a plus.
• Licensing requirements vary by location and are based on state/federal regulations.
• Certification: Petroleum and/or Propane Certification (or ability to obtain), Commercial Driver’s License (Class B)
