Job Brief
We’re looking for motivated refrigeration technicians with hands-on experience or a strong interest in the convenience store and restaurant service industry.
Salary Detail
$21 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems, ice machines, frozen beverage dispensers, soda fountains, and hot equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment start-ups
- Support installs and remodels for major convenience store chains
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate service notes and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety compliance
- Preferred Experience
- Experience working with convenience store equipment (7-Eleven, Circle K, QT, etc.)
- Knowledge of Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Bunn, Cornelius, True, Turbo Air, and Hussmann equipment
- Basic understanding of refrigeration cycles, pressure testing, and brazing
- Familiarity with soda syrup systems and frozen beverage setup a plus
- Willingness to learn and advance into higher-level technician roles
- Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or related trade preferred
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel within Arizona and occasionally to neighboring states
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
