Job Detail
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing knowledge of programmable logic controllers and ohmmeters.
  • Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications.
  • Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
  • Execute mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff or apprentices as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and welding skills.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and the ability to read schematics is essential.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
