- This position reports to the Shop Manager and is responsible for delivering fire protection materials to job site. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized warehouse and insure a safe work environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts and materials to job sites
- Keep parts warehouse organized and stocked.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Shop Manager.
- Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Driver position is a plus.
- Ability to learn required fire protection parts and materials for each project and job site.
- Possess a strong work ethic and professional appearance.
- Ability to fit in with our culture of teamwork.
- Ability to adhere to, implement and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
- Prior fire protection industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
