Job Detail
- Start your shift by reviewing the production schedule, scanning work orders in/out using computers and scanners, and prioritizing any expedited jobs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and one-line diagrams to plan your build.
- Pull components and hardware, then assemble frames, subassemblies, and unit assemblies using hand and power tools, wire strippers, pliers, and crimpers.
- Secure parts to meet specifications and tolerances. verify each assembly matches the customer order.
- Make adjustments as needed: disassemble to replace parts, connect cables and basic wiring, and tag units with identifiers.
- Flag non-conforming items when discovered and help keep the line moving.
- Finish by preparing units for shipment—pack, seal, and label—so they’re ready for customers.
- Support other tasks as directed by Supervision. What you’ll bring Comfort with computers and basic measurement/hand tools.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for safety and documentation.
- Strong manual dexterity and coordinated hand/arm movements to manipulate parts and tools.
- Physical capability to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
- Ability to reach, grasp, lift up to 75 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy materials as needed. Preferred High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior assembly and/or wiring experience. Proficiencies that set you up for success Machine Building/Assembling

- Hourly Rate: $17.50 – $21 + 5% Shift Differential 2nd Shift | On-site in Fort Worth, TX
