Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Job Detail
  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing and AV systems.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, service tickets, and change management.
  • Support live events including Town Halls, All Hands meetings, and corporate productions.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot AV components (cameras, microphones, projectors, displays).
  • Manage and resolve AV and conferencing incidents (hardware/software/RMAs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Maintain event documentation such as Run of Show, test plans, and configuration drawings.
  • Conduct routine equipment audits to ensure system readiness.
  • Adhere to SLAs ensuring uptime and availability of AV services.
  • Support multiple conferencing platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and others.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of related experience in AV systems and video conferencing technologies.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Cisco CUCM, TMS, Expressways, Endpoints
  • Poly Endpoints, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Media encoders (Wirecast, OBS) and eCDN management
  • AV systems such as Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, QSC, Shure, Allen Heath, Vaddio, Clear-Com
  • Experience in event production and live AV operations.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
