Job Detail
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs of electronic instrumentation.
- Support day-to-day lab operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across workflows.
- Interpret and follow electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production processes and implement new designs.
- Maintain quality control and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians — preparing to assume lab supervisory responsibilities.
- Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, calibration, or repair.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and component-level troubleshooting.
- Proficient in PCB soldering and rework (through-hole and surface-mount).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Leadership or team lead experience a plus — or a demonstrated interest in growing into a supervisory role.
