Job Detail
- Perform Apple hardware repairs such as:
- -Battery replacements
- -Display and bezel replacements
- -Trackpad, keyboard, and housing repairs
- Run diagnostics and function tests using company-approved tools (e.g, MacCheck).
- Maintain accurate records of repaired units and parts used.
- Collaborate with the Tech/RMA team to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow ESD and safety standards in the repair area.
- Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Apple diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of macOS functionality and testing.
- No logic board-level repair experience required.

- Certificates and Licenses:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Skills, and Abilities:
- Capable of working independently demonstrating initiative and can interact effectively with a variety of teams.
- Understanding Apple Repairs (MacBook’s, iMac, Macmini)
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a production or RMA environment.
- Apple certification (ACMT, Apple Device Support, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Working Conditions and hours:
- Full time from 7:00 AM till 3:30 PM(Overtime may be applied if necessary)
