About the positionnomic transport llc is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious cdl-a port driver to move container freight in and out of the savannah port.

Job Detail
  • Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200 (1099 position)
  • Home most nights, with some overnight trips possible
  • Port container work (no-touch freight)
  • Monday–Friday, optional Saturday loads for extra pay
  • Fuel card and dispatch support provided
  • Maintenance assistance available 24/7
  • Responsibilities
  • Safely transport import/export containers from Savannah Port to customer locations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch
  • Comply with all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
  • Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A License
  • TWIC Card required (for port access)
  • Hazmat endorsement a plus (not required)
  • 2+ years of verifiable CDL experience
  • Must pass DOT drug screen and maintain good driving record
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
