Job Detail
- Set up, operate and monitor litho-printing presses (metal substrate) including pre-press, loading plates, inks, substrates, etc.
- Monitor print runs for quality — color accuracy, registration, substrate defects, print defects — and make real-time adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing presses and auxiliary equipment, report issues promptly.
- Coordinate with pre-press / graphic / production teams to ensure artwork, plates and materials are correct and available.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality and minimal waste.
- Document print job parameters, production data, defects, downtime. assist in root-cause analysis of issues and implement improvement actions.
- Comply with all safety, environmental and housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Follow company values: demonstrate teamwork, urgency, customer- market-driven mindset, responsibility for your output and improvement.
- Participate in training, apprenticeship or skill‐development programs as required (ICC emphasizes training equipment investment).
- Qualifications Skills
- Previous experience operating lithographic (or flexographic / offset) printing presses in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred (metal or packaging substrate is a plus).
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and maintain complex press equipment.
- Good attention to detail, color and print quality awareness.
- Ability to read work orders, drawings or job tickets, understand print specifications, color charts, substrate properties.
- Good communication skills (to interact with pre-press, production planning, maintenance).
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work on shift (if required), including evenings/overnight, and adapt to production demands.
- Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting moderate w8(e.g, substrates / plates), working in industrial manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent. relevant apprenticeship or technical training is a plus.

- Pay Based on Experience: $31/hr. – $34.43/hr.
