Job Detail
- New minimum starting pay: $20/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $0.75 for 3rd shift
- Benefits start Day 1 – medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k (company pays 87% of total medical costs)

- 11 Paid Holidays Responsibilities Set up machines and perform daily tasks to ensure safe and quality production
- Package, weigh, and load/unload material, and stage material
- Strong work ethic and desire to perform duties to the highest standard Desired Experience Physical, repetitive work. able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to operate banding tools and read a tape measure
- Handle small parts and follow quality policies
- Recognize and detect quality issues
- Read and comprehend detailed instructions in English
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Good oral and writ10communication skills
- Manufacturing or construction experience
- Required OSHA safety training Shifts available:
- 2nd shift: 3 PM to 11 PM
- 3rd shift: 11 PM to 7 AM
