Position: Large Diameter Splicer (Weekend)

Work Experience is required

• Set up machine according to pre-defined parameters
• Cut out non-conforming sections of Hose
• Trim and prep each hose end
• Weld 2 sections of hose together
• Perform visual quality inspection of welded area
• Perform required leak test
• Coil hose onto reel
• Meet production rates
• Handle other essential tasks as assigned
• QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Good basic math skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
