Job Detail
- Operate and control machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring the proper calibration of equipment.
- Monitor the output for quality and consistency, performing inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain records of production output, machine settings, and machine activities. Complete production logs as required.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Strive to maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime by optimizing machine setting and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.

- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a related industry.

- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them rigorously. Physical Requirements: Machine Operators may be required to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. They should be able to handle heavy machinery and work in various environmental conditions.
