Job Detail
- Set up and operate the CNC plasma cutting table, ensuring proper alignment of cutting tips or other attachments.
- Adjust machine controls for optimal speed, feed rate, depth, angle, pressure, or temperature.
- Measure and inspect finished workpieces using meters, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify accuracy and quality.
- Select appropriate materials based on cut programs or instructions and ensure they are prepared correctly.
- Operate overhead cranes to move materials and parts safely and efficiently.
- Perform grinding, deburring, and cleaning of parts to meet quality standards.

- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC plasma, oxy-fuel, and bevel burning machines.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality and accurate work.
- Familiarity with operating overhead cranes and ensuring safe material handling.
