Job Brief
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (hvac) systems in commercial, and industrial settings.
Salary Detail
$30 – $35 an hour

Job Detail
- Install HVAC and ventilation systems according to specifications and building codes.
- Manage small crews and ability to follow daily tasks
- Interpret blueprints and provide a small layout on the floors.
- Install refrigerant lines if need be and control wiring.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary corrections.
- Communicate effectively with Foremans, project managers, and team members as well as GCs
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used, Let the Foreman know when material is getting low
- Train and oversee apprentices.
- Maintain company tools and equipment in good working order and organize job boxes, Keep track of maintenance on equipment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, as well as OSHA safety guidelines.
