• Start and verify production. ensure accurate production reporting
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment
• Execute quick, precise changeovers. set and change tools
• Operate CNC machines and make limited program adjustments when needed
• Troubleshoot issues across machines and related equipment
• Inspect parts, document results in the quality system, and meet IATF 16949
• Follow IQI procedures and maintain strict FIFO for materials
• Escalate issues promptly. partner with teammates on tougher tasks
• Champion safety and 5S housekeeping standards

• Work Location: In person (Gainesville, GA)
• Reports to: Manufacturing Manager Bring these skills to succeed Vocational or certificate training preferred
• 1+ year in high-volume manufacturing (2+ years preferred)
• Mechanical troubleshooting and blueprint reading proficiency
• Clear verbal/writ10communication. organized and team-focused
• Detail-oriented with strong technical and hands-on problem-solving
• Fundamentals of CNC maintenance, setup, and operation
• Comfort with the metric system. measurement equipment familiarity (preferred)
• Exposure to quality systems (preferred). moderate computer literacy
• Basic G-code programming (preferred) Equipment you’ll touch CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
