Job Detail
- Set up and operate CNC mills to machine tight-tolerance parts for aerospace applications.
- Program CNC mills and optimize tool paths for complex contoured components.
- Select and apply the right tools, feeds, and speeds for aluminum and titanium.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards. Interpret and work from blueprints and GDT specifications.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC Mill Machinist experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
- Strong CNC setup, operation, and programming skills.
- Deep understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
- Skilled in precision measurement and blueprint interpretation.
- U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (per ITAR regulations). Active DOD clearance required.
