Job Detail
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations with shop personnel, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and coordinate with hands on leadership during installations of fabricated equipment at customer facilities.
- Oversee budgeting and contract management, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA regulations and maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate fabrication estimates and schedules.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure understanding of project requirements.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the process to meet client expectations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment while promoting professional development.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in metal fabrication management with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including budgeting, estimating, and quality control.
- Proficient in TIG welding as well as advanced knowledge in MIG and STICK welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum.
- Advance mechanical background with powerful problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
