Job Detail
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs on various vehicle systems.
- Work with automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrain components.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex problems.
- Execute alignment services to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients.
- Estimate costs for repairs and services accurately using auto estimating techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair.
- Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is preferred.
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and their troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Experience with welding is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
