Job Detail
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings for customers and team reference.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced tools and software like AllData, identifying mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic problems (experience-dependent).
- Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute complex repairs, including engine work, suspension repairs, and transmission diagnostics (for experienced technicians).
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow company and industry safety standards and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through training and resources provided by the company.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automotive repair knowledge, ranging from entry-level basics to advanced diagnostic skills (training available for less experienced candidates).
- Familiarity (or ability to become familiar) with repair software like AllData.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
