Job Brief
The crane operator is responsible for providing the safe operation of the crane by performing crane setup, pre-trip inspection, rigging, and crane operation.
Salary Detail
$80,000 – $120,000 a year

Job Detail
- Operate crane under general supervision
- Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions
- Ensure load is properly secured
- Review rigging work prior to lifting
- Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis
- Complete job tickets, and all other necessary paperwork
- Life, position, and place machinery, equipment, or other large objects ad locations
- Drive crane to work site
- Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads
- Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load line
- Attends and participates in safety meetings
- Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, w8and dimension requirements, and any other regulations that are required
- Reports any and all incidents immediately
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Performs other duties as directed by management Required Skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work with a team
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds and handle physically demanding work
- Must be able to communicate using oral and basic writ10communication
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Alcohol screening and participate in the random testing pool
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Arrange for reliable transportation to and from work Qualifications

- This job operates in an outside environment. The role routinely works in all weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme wind, rain, cold, heat, etc.
