- DIG IT UP BACKHOE SERVICE, INC Is looking to hire a fulltime, permanent foreman/heavy equipment operator. Experience knowledge of underground utitilities preferred. Having a CDL would be helpful, but not necessary. Must be dependable willing to take on multiple job duties. The ability to read project plans would be beneficial.
