- Ironside St1Works is seeking a Quarry Crew Lead to join their crew. Located at the base of the Sleeping Giant, 20 minutes outside of Helena, Ironside St1Works picks beautiful natural st1out of the mountain side. As a Crew Lead you will drive production and inspire a team of 3+ employees. Job Functions: Elevate production standards and efficiency.
- Mentor and manage your crew to achieve top-teir quality.
- Be the vital link between your team and management.
- Champion safety and meticulous record-keeping.
- Play a key role in fulfilling orders across sites.
- Job Requirements: 5+ year Production experience.
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
- Medium and heavy w8equipment experience.
- MSHA Certification
- Miner’s Certificate – within first year of employment.
- Motivation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 150 lbs.
