Job Detail
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret construction schematics to understand project requirements.
- Assist in project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in construction estimating processes to provide accurate material and labor forecasts.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
