- Applicant must be flexible to work overtime.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage time Safely and Effectively to support production.
- Be a team player who takes initiative and has a positive mindset.
- Distinguish and know the different types of rigging equipment needed.
- ALWAYS maintain situational awareness while transporting materials and loads.
- Ensure Die/Coil areas stay organized to reduce safety issues, maintain 5S daily.
- Utilize scanning systems and other various computer programs.
- Must be able to lift 35+ pounds.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Make safety and team work at Topre a top priority.
- Organizational skills required.
- Ability to operate an overhead crane safely and efficiently.
- MUST pass Topre America’s writ10and practical overhead crane test.
- MUST pass Topre America’s Hands on Test with an 80% or better.

- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be flexible to work overtime.
- Standard shifts may be subject to change
