• Support and streamline backend operations to improve daily efficiency
• Meet customers in person, providing excellent and professional service
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, spreadsheets, and CRM updates
• Drive to multiple locations daily to fulfill operational needs
• Report daily activities and progress to management
• Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in a similar field or operations role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and writ10communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, CRM software)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (gas allowance provided)
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to dynamic daily tasks
