Job Detail
- Operate Belly Dump and/or End Dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt to construction sites.
- Ensure all loads are secured properly before transportation.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the dump truck to ensure safe operation.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material deliveries effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the construction site.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
- Experience
- Proven experience operating dump trucks in a construction environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment is beneficial.
- Experience working on construction sites and understanding site safety protocols is essential.
- A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required for this position.
