Job Detail
  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place materials as required on-site.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios during lifting operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on cranes and heavy equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear or damage.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
  • Assist in the operation of other heavy equipment as needed, including backhoes, concrete mixers, dump trucks, and tankers.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in crane operation or heavy equipment operation is required.
  • Familiarity with various types of cranes (e.g, tower cranes, mobile cranes) is preferred.
  • Experience operating additional machinery such as farm machinery, dump trucks, concrete mixers, and backhoes is a plus.
  • Valid commercial driving license (CDL) may be required depending on the specific duties of the role.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
