Job Detail
- Turf Management: Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, aerating, topdressing, overseeding, and fertilizing on all playing surfaces.
- Irrigation Drainage: Assist with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems, checking for malfunctions and ensuring optimal water distribution. Work on drainage improvements as needed.
- Landscape Care: Assist in maintaining landscape areas, including flower beds, shrubs, and trees, following designated planting and pruning schedules.
- Course Preparation: Prepare the golf course for daily play, including setting up tee markers, raking bunkers, and ensuring all areas are clean and in excellent condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the course operates smoothly and efficiently, complying with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Qualifications:
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license. ability to operate a variety of machinery.
