Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced tile service technician to the ft myers team.
Salary Detail
$22 – $24 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform tile repairs, replacements, and adjustments as needed on completed installations.
- Diagnose installation or material issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Complete punch-out work for builders, homeowners, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with the service coordinator, installers, and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, tools, and job sites.
- Document service work completed and report findings to management.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
- Perform service or warranty repairs, adjustments or replacements as needed to satisfy Ally’s Builder customer requirements. Tile Service Technician Requirements Proven field service experience in construction
- Demonstrated field expertise of all flooring / wall tile repairs, with a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Professional presentation, including excellent verbal and writ10communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and internal team members
- Working knowledge of computer systems and email, and ability to learn company specific software applications for scheduling, job assignment and completions.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in a deadline driven, fast paced work environment.
- Clean Division of Motor Vehicle record, and access to a reliable work truck or car.
