About us:created in 2025 by a couple of life long friends, blown right insulation is a growing, local insulation business specializing in energy-efficient home solutions by offering loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt, and insulation removal services.

$20 – $25 an hour

Work Accomplishments is required

• Load/unload trailer specific to each job.
• Support the site supervisor on removal and install jobs.
• Remove old/damaged insulation in preparation for new.
• Install loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas of the home as noted.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
• Provide top-notch customer service.
• Operate hand tools (e.g, caulking guns, utility knives) and power tools (ex. drills, saws) safely and effectively.
• Measure and cut insulation materials accurately to fit designated spaces.
• Apply caulking, air sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency.
• Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after use.
• Requirements
• Must be customer driven.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site manager and home owner.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.
• Proven experience in construction or insulation installation preferred.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by project scope.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
