$22 – $25 an hour

Job Detail
- Install aluminum lighting channel on single- and two-story homes
- Mount light strings and run low-voltage wires through the channel
- Cut and angle channel around corners and roof features
- Jump wires when needed to bypass obstacles (training provided)
- Follow safety procedures on ladders and rooftops
- Maintain a clean, efficient install site
- Communicate with team lead to complete daily installs efficiently
- Requirements:
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Familiar with drills, tape measures, and basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Diego County
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a 3-person install team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Roofing, siding, construction, or low-voltage installs
- Experience with cutting tools and mounting exterior materials
- Spanish/English bilingual
- Own ladder or cordless drill (not required)
- Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling — notified in advance when installs are booked
