Job Detail
- Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Replace shower heads and aerators
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment
- Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
- MInor electrical repairs, fan installation Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand – held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Wx certified (bonus)
- Ngat certification (bonus)
