  • We are a local, family-operated electrical and solar company serving the Bay Area. We install residential solar, energy storage systems, EV chargers, and perform panel upgrades. We take pride in high-quality work and treating both customers and team members with respect.
  • 1. Entry Solar Installer | $20 – $23 per hour (DOE)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the crew with unloading, organizing, and transporting materials on the job site.
  • Help place and secure solar racking and modules on rooftops.
  • Practice safe ladder use, roof work, and tool handling.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized throughout the day.
  • Support general installation tasks as needed to help the crew finish efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  • No solar experience required. hands-on or construction labor experience is a plus.
  • Willing to learn and take instruction.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and move equipment safely.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe working habits.

  • 2. Intermediate Solar Installer | $25 – $29 per hour (DOE)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Install solar panels and racking while maintaining proper alignment and secure attachment.
  • Run and terminate wiring under guidance from the Roof Lead or Electrician.
  • Assist with inverter and equipment mounting.
  • Recognize and communicate installation challenges before they become issues.
  • Keep tools and materials staged and accounted for during the workday.
  • Follow company safety standards and ensure others are also working safely.
  • Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of solar, electrical, roofing, or relevant construction experience.
  • Familiar with basic hand tools, power tools, and fastening methods.
  • Comfortable working on roofs in various weather conditions.
  • Able to read and follow basic installation plans.
  • Works well with a crew and communicates clearly.
  • 3. Roof Lead Solar Installer | $30 – $35 per hour (DOE)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Direct the installation crew on proper roof layout, flashing, rail placement, and panel installation.
  • Review job plans and confirm material needs before installation begins.
  • Verify structural and equipment placement to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Train and support Entry and Intermediate installers to improve skillsets.
  • Perform final quality checks and make minor adjustments to optimize system appearance and performance.
  • Coordinate with inspectors or homeowner when needed to support smooth project completion.
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on solar installation or closely related trade experience.
  • Strong understanding of roof attachment points, weatherproofing, and system layout.
  • Able to read and interpret site plans and mounting diagrams.
  • Confident leading a small crew and directing workflow.
  • Safety-first mindset with ability to enforce proper safety practices.
  • 4. Lead Battery Electrical Installer | $35 – $50 per hour (DOE)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation of home battery backup systems (Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH, etc.).
  • Install sub-panels, conduit routing, and circuit terminations.
  • Configure and commission energy storage systems, including software setup and testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical or communication issues when they arise.
  • Train less experienced installers and electricians in safe, clean electrical practice.
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of electrical field experience. solar or battery background preferred.
  • Comfortable working in energized electrical systems following safety standards.
  • Skilled in conduit bending, clean wire management, and panel organization.
  • Strong understanding of NEC code applications for residential installations.
  • Good communicator who can lead, teach, and coordinate work effectively.
