Job Detail
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings
- Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options
- Help customers make informed, confident decisions
- Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
- Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups through CRM software
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training Compensation $125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
- Average monthly earnings: $10,000–$18,000
- Weekly pay structure
- Paid training included Schedule Monday–Friday: Appointments at 1pm 6pm and occasionally 10am as well
- Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments
- Sales meetings: Ongoing daily
- Field-based role (drive 30–90 mins to confirmed appointments) Requirements 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- iPad required (purchase through us is available)
