Job Detail
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance work.
- Build lasting relationships with property owners, business owners, and facility managers.
- Conduct inspections, document roof conditions, and prepare proposals that make sense.
- Present service and maintenance agreements — not pressure pitches.
- Work with our Service Manager to schedule, oversee, and deliver on every job you sell.
- Follow up after completion to ensure clients are happy (and calling you again next year).
