Job Detail
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to create custom cabinetry tailored to client specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood materials with precision.
- Perform cabinet installation, including door hanging and fixture installation, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Engage in trim carpentry and frame carpentry tasks as needed to complement cabinet projects.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and material costs.
- Collaborate with team members on restoration projects, including water damage restoration and mold remediation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in woodworking, cabinetry, and restoration.
- Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, plastering, masonry, and other related construction skills is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery for precision fabrication.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, or tile laying can enhance project versatility.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus, particularly with heavy lifting tasks.
