Position: Framing Finish Carpenters

Job Brief
Our company is looking to hire an experienced carpentry foreman to perform and supervise work in all phases of carpentry construction – to include but not limited to the following: commercial & residential framing – wood & steel preferably pre-engineered steel buildings sheathing sealants & weather protection finish trim, casing and molding casework & cabinetry installation doors & window installation decks & pergolas siding installation soffits & fascia responsibilities: oversee all activities in the construction process correctly interpret blueprints, plans & drawings self perform & delegate tasks to team members performance evaluations of team members accurately document materials used and hours worked enforce safety regulations report accidents or misconduct to management estimate timelines perks: no overnight travel full-time year-round position competitive starting wage with room for advancements work truck provided overtime pay vacation sick leave holidays insurance dependent care assistance plan simple-ira with matching contributions flexible spending account options qualifications: minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience.

  • Experience operating laser level and shooting elevations is a plus (can train).
