Job Detail
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.
- Perform tasks such as framing, cabinetry, stair layout, and interior finishing.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Carpenter in commercial or industrial construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools specific to carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
