Job Detail
- Perform installation of trim, windows, and related fixtures according to project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate installations.
- Conduct fabrication tasks as needed for custom installations.
- Execute heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Apply caulking and finishing techniques to enhance the durability and appearance of installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Be on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
- Have reliable transportation
- ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in construction , with a focus on trim carpentry and window installation.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning.
- Hands-on experience with glass installation techniques.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes related to construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with metal stud framing is a plus.
- Background in maintenance person services or general construction painting is advantageous.
