Are you an experienced journeyman carpenter with a passion for residential remodeling? we are seeking a skilled journeyman carpenter to join our team at ben hardy & company, a leading residential remodeling construction company based in the bay area, california.

$40 – $50 an hour

Career Development is required

• Executing various carpentry tasks, ranging from framing to fine finishing work including cabinet installation, with precision and craftsmanship.
• Collaborating effectively with a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Contributing to problem-solving and innovation, finding sustainable and aesthetically pleasing solutions to construction challenges.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to company and legal safety standards.
• Qualifications:
• To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a carpenter in the residential construction sector.
• Proficiency in working with carpentry tools and machinery.
• Experience or formal training in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
• A keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of ProCore is a plus.
