- Supportive, team-driven environment Job Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Install and service HVAC units as required
- Diagnose issues and explain recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
- Participate in a rotating bi-weekly on-call schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation of service visits Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation
- Valid EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License (DL)
- Reliable personal vehicle with liability insurance (pickup truck preferred)
- Must supply own basic hand tools
- Willingness to work a bi-weekly on-call rotation Preferred Qualities Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
