Job Brief
Maintenance technician (part-time: 28 hrs per week) needed for two apartment complexes one located in mangham, la and one located in gilbert, la.
Salary Detail
$18 an hour

Job Detail
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools (basics), have reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.
- Required to handle emergency calls on 24/7 basis.
- Pay and Benefits:
- $18 per hour.
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays offered.
- Due to part-time status, position is not eligible for insurance benefits.
