- Maintenance Technician for apartments in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Summary:
- Applicant must be able to achieve upkeep and repair of residential apartments under the direction of the Supervisor.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair of building structures and grounds
- HVAC maintenance
- Repair vacants for renting
- Completion of resident request
- Replace appliances
- Simple plumbing, electrical carpentry repairs
- Preventive maintenance
- Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license
- Own tools and be able to use them
- Diagnose problems
- Be able to lift up to 50 Pounds
- Rotating on call for emergencies
- Cell phone
- High School diploma or equivalent
