- As an HVAC Lead Technician, you oversee residential HVAC installation projects, both retrofits and new constructions. You mentor apprentice helpers while ensuring all jobs meet Holt Phillips’ high-quality standards and code compliance. You coordinate with the installation manager and dispatch team to optimize timelines and resources, complete job documentation with precision, and maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout each project.

- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC LEAD TECHNICIAN 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit and/or new construction)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Clean, professional appearance and excellent customer interaction skills
- High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and system performance standards
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate install teams in the field
