Job Detail
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and boilers. Residential focused.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct field service visits to residential or commercial properties, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, explain repair options, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions that improve energy efficiency or system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.

- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience with a strong focus on customer communication and consultative sales.
- Proven ability to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
- Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license preferred
- High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)
