Job Detail
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including plumbers and electricians, to complete projects efficiently.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, sweat equipment, and gauges for installation and repair tasks.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the construction or property maintenance field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC design, refrigeration, and heating installation.
- Ability to perform equipment repair tasks effectively using various tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
- Experience with field service operations is preferred but not mandatory.
