Job Detail
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
- Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
- Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and outdoor environments.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with evolving HVAC technology.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (recent DMV record required).
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
