Job Detail
- Location: Mease Countryside Hospital – Safety Harbor, Florida
- Status: Full-time
- Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
- Days: Monday – Friday Responsibilities Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and
- associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.
- Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in
- hospital or clinic environment.
- May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft
- lines.
- May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.

- Education Required: High School or Equivalent
- Preferred: Technical Licenses Required – FL Driver’s License
- Required: EPA Certification
- Preferred: Refrigeration Certification Experience Required: 5 years as HVAC/R Service Related Technician
- Required: 2 years Building Automaton System
- Preferred: 3 years maintenance in hospital-related field
- Preferred: 1 year high rise Specific Skills Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Organizational Skills
- Computer Skills appropriate to the position
- Time management skills
