Work Highlights and Accomplishments is required

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, reach-ins, beverage coolers, etc.) and all HVAC equipment (split systems, package units, fan coil units, chillers, and boilers).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection in compliance with EPA Section 608 standards.
• Maintain, test, and calibrate building automation systems and thermostatic controls.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Perform basic to intermediate plumbing repairs (fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves) and electrical work(lighting, outlets, breakers, motors).
• Respond to service requests, including guestroom calls, public areas, kitchen equipment, and back-of-house systems.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
• Assist with emergency systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety equipment) testing and repairs.
• Support capital projects, renovations, and upgrades as assigned.
• Qualifications EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (required).
• R-410A Safety Handling Certification (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/R repair and maintenance. hospitality or commercial facility experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of plumbing systems, including pumps, drains, and water heaters.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and safe work practices (120/208/480V).
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Commitment to safety, guest satisfaction, and high-quality workmanship. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and operate hand and power tools.
